Clinic Locations

Patients in need of an evaluation for an aneurysm, carotid stenosis, Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) or any other neurovascular disease may be referred to our clinic by your physician.

If you are a new patient you may download and complete our registration forms in advance and bring the completed forms with you when you come for your appointment.

The TSI clinic also facilitates the transition between inpatient care in the hospital and outpatient follow-up care in the clinic for patients that have experienced a stroke. The follow-up appointment allows the Texas Stroke Institute physicians to follow-up on outstanding laboratory tests, monitor response to therapy, and ensure that an optimal stroke prevention regimen is in place.
