About Benny Kim

Dr. Kim joined Texas Stroke Institute in January of 2016 as a Neurointerventionalist. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, he attended Columbia University for his post-baccalaureate pre-medical studies. Dr. Kim received his medical degree from St. Georges University in 2008. He completed an internship at Elmhurst Hospital/ Mount Sinai School of Medicine, a residency in Neurology at Stony Brook University School of Medicine, and a Vascular Neurology Fellowship at University Hospitals/Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Dr. Kim then completed a fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center under the guidance of Dr. In Sup Choi.
